pricing & booking

How much is a single session?

A single session is $45. If you’re looking to make this part of your weekly reset, our memberships and packages make it easy to stay consistent.

Is there an intro offer, and does it include the full session?

Yes—your first session is just $30 and includes the full 40 minutes. It’s the same experience our members enjoy, offered at a special rate to welcome first-time guests.

First-time guests receive a $30 intro rate (automatically applied at checkout) and a complimentary essential oil. If the booking total looks different online, don’t worry—it will be adjusted at checkout so there are no surprises.

Is pricing per person or per room?

Pricing is per person. Each guest pays individually, whether you’re booking a private session or sharing the room with others.

Is there a price difference between larger and smaller rooms?

No — pricing is per person, not based on room size. You’re welcome to choose any available sauna that fits your preference or comfort level. Larger rooms simply offer more space, never a higher rate.

How do I book a session?

You can book online, or simply call or text us—whatever’s easiest for you. We do require a card on file to hold your spot, but it won’t be charged unless there’s a late cancellation or no-show.

Can more than one person share a sauna room? How many people can fit?

Yes, absolutely. Our larger rooms comfortably fit 2–3 people, and up to 4 if you’re okay getting a little cozy. Please let us know how many are coming in the notes section when you book and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you.

Which room should I book?

If you want more space or are bringing friends, go for one of our odd-numbered rooms (1, 3, 5, or 7). Room 1 is ADA-accessible. If you’re coming solo or as a pair, our even-numbered rooms (2, 4, 6) are perfect.

Room 8 is our hybrid unit—it can be either a traditional or infrared sauna. Please give us an hour’s notice if you’d like it set to infrared so we can prepare it for you.

When I book a specific room, is it guaranteed?

Room selection works as a preference rather than a guarantee. We’ll always try to honor the room you choose, but sometimes we need to make adjustments based on availability, timing, or operational needs that day.

Our members get priority with room preferences, and we do our best to accommodate everyone in a way that keeps the experience smooth and relaxing. No matter which room you’re in, we want you to feel taken care of.

If you have a specific request, feel free to note it. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate it whenever possible.

sauna experience

What’s the difference between Gentle and Traditional sauna sessions?

Traditional saunas deliver dry, invigorating heat. Gentle sessions use a hidden water tank that slowly releases steam, creating a softer, more breathable warmth. They’re ideal if you’re new to sauna, sensitive to heat, or just want a more gradual way to relax.

Both options let you pour water over the rocks to create löyly—bursts of steam that change the feel of the room.

Gentle steam is soft and immersive, while dry heat feels crisp and intense. You can adjust the temperature and humidity to find what works best for you.

How do I “löyly” (pour water on the rocks), and how often should I do it?

Pour about half a ladle of water over the stones every few minutes. It should sizzle and evaporate right away. If it lingers or starts to pool, that’s a sign too much was used. Please go light on the water, as too much can damage the wood and heater. If it’s your first time, we’ll guide you so you feel comfortable using it.

I don’t tolerate heat well—what do you recommend?

Start with a gentle session. We can lower the temperature and add continuous steam so it feels soft and breathable. You can always step out, cool down, or adjust things as you go.

How long is my appointment, and how long should I stay inside the sauna?

Your session is 40 minutes. We suggest starting with 10–15 minutes inside, then stepping out for a break if needed. Everyone’s comfort zone is different—listen to your body.

How do I keep track of my time during a session?

Each room has a timer that counts down from 40 minutes. It chimes gently when your session ends.

What should I wear?

Whatever feels best for you. Most guests undress fully, but swimwear, workout clothes, or just a towel are all perfectly fine. Every room is private and includes fresh towels for you to sit on.

How do I use the sauna if it’s my first time? Any tips?

We usually set the sauna around 170–175°F, but you can always adjust it to what feels best for you. If it gets too warm, feel free to step out and take a break. Keep hydrated, and add steam whenever you want to change the experience.

Take a few deep breaths and settle in — some guests enjoy soft music, meditation, or a show during their session. It’s your moment to relax.

If possible, try to avoid caffeine before your session, as it can interfere with relaxation and affect hydration.

What scents do you offer for aromatherapy, and how much does it cost?

We currently offer a curated selection of essential oils: eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, lemon, rosemary, orange, cedarwood, cinnamon, and balsam fir. Aromatherapy is complimentary for first-time guests, Unlimited Week guests, and always included for members. For all other guests, it’s available for $3.

Where should I leave my towels after my session?

Just leave them as they are. There’s no need to tidy up—we’ll handle it for you. You’re here to relax, not worry about the cleanup.

amenities & etiquette

Do you have showers?

Yes! We have a shower available, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and deodorant. Towels are available upon request. We just ask that you keep showers to around 5 minutes so everyone has the chance to enjoy.

Do you provide extra towels?

Of course—simply let us know or include your request in the notes section. We’re happy to provide extra towels at no extra cost.

Are creams or lotions allowed in the sauna?

We kindly ask that you avoid applying anything to your skin before or during your session. This helps us protect the wood and keep everything clean and fresh for everyone.

Do you offer TV or entertainment?

Yes! Every room comes with a TV and premium entertainment options. You’ll have access to Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify—perfect for watching a show, listening to music, or unwinding with a guided meditation during your session.

Do you have chromotherapy? What are the benefits?

Yes, all of our saunas include chromotherapy (color light therapy). While it’s often marketed with wellness claims like boosting mood, balancing energy, or promoting healing, these effects aren’t backed by strong scientific evidence. However, color and light can definitely influence how you feel. Think of chromotherapy as a mood booster or aesthetic enhancement, not a medical treatment.

health & safety

Can I use the sauna if I’m congested?

If you’re mildly congested, a session may help open your airways—peppermint oil works wonders. But if you have a fever or feel unwell, it’s best to rest and come back when you’re feeling better.

Are there any health concerns I should consider before using the sauna?

If you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns, we recommend checking with your doctor before your session. Your safety always comes first.

Why does your infrared room go up to 149°F when other studios have higher temps?

We have one hybrid sauna unit that operates as both an infrared and traditional sauna, and it is UL certified. This certification means it meets strict safety and quality standards that many other studios may not follow. The 149°F temperature limit for the infrared setting is intentionally chosen to provide effective heat therapy that is safe and comfortable. While some studios push their infrared saunas to higher temperatures, those units may lack the same rigorous certification, which can compromise safety. Choosing our sauna means you’re getting a premium, thoughtfully engineered experience that prioritizes your well-being with trusted, certified technology. It’s not just about heat—it’s about smart, safe, and superior wellness.

after your session

What should I do after a sauna session?

Take your time cooling down, stay well hydrated, and enjoy the calm. A short walk or gentle movement afterward can help stimulate your lymphatic system, supporting your body’s natural detox process. It’s a simple way to keep that post-sauna glow going. You’ve done something good for your body—let it fully absorb the benefits.

How often can I enjoy the sauna?

As often as you’d like. Once a week is great for stress relief. If you’re using it for recovery or chronic conditions, two to three times a week is ideal. Daily use? That works too.

You’re still welcome to enjoy whatever time remains in your 40-minute window. Just note that we can’t extend your session past the scheduled end time.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a membership. Why is the system asking for my card each time I book?

Occasionally, when booking through our website, the system may prompt you to re-enter your card details. To make scheduling seamless, we recommend using your personal booking link — the text you receive after your very first appointment is booked. From that link, you can view your membership, manage sessions, and book future visits without having to re-enter your payment information.

package

Do packages expire?

Our packages don’t expire, so you can use your sessions at your own pace.

Are packages shareable?

Absolutely! You can transfer your package sessions to anyone you’d like.

Do package holders receive member perks?

Member perks are reserved exclusively for active Nosta members. Packages offer flexibility, while memberships provide the added benefits and elevated experience that come with being part of our Nosta community.

If I book a room and want to share it, do I pay per room or per person?

Each guest needs their own session, so you’ll pay per person even if you’re sharing the room.

How do I book sessions from my package?

Booking is simple. Just reserve online through our website, and the system will automatically deduct a session from your package.

I have a package. Why is the system still asking for my card when I book?

For your first booking, the system will ask for your card information — a card on file is required to secure all reservations. Occasionally, even with an active package, the website may prompt you to re-enter your card details. To avoid this, use your personal booking link (the text you received after your first appointment). From that link, you can view your remaining sessions and book future visits without re-entering payment information.

Are there any savings compared to single sessions?

Yes! Depending on the package you buy, you can save up to $351 compared to purchasing single sessions individually.

Can I buy a package as a gift?

Yes, packages make a wonderful gift and can be purchased for friends or family.

wellhub

I have Wellhub. How do I book my first session?

You can book directly by clicking Book Now and selecting the Wellhub option. For your first visit, please include your Wellhub ID in the notes section. A card on file is required to secure your reservation.
When you arrive, make sure to check in through the Wellhub app and show confirmation to our staff before entering your sauna.

I can’t select a specific sauna room when booking.

Sauna room selection is reserved for our members, as they receive first priority. You’re welcome to include a note with your room preference, and our team will try to accommodate it if availability allows. However, please note that specific room requests cannot be guaranteed for Wellhub bookings.

Can I bring a guest with my Wellhub visit?

Yes, you’re welcome to share your sauna experience with a guest. Sessions are priced per person, not per room.
If your guest also has a Wellhub membership, they can book their own visit and include a note requesting to share a room with you — we’ll make sure you’re placed together.

If your guest is new to Nosta, they’re welcome to try our first-time intro session for $30.

Can I book a Wellhub visit for someone else?

No. Our partnership with Wellhub allows visits to be used only by the account holder. Each guest must have their own Wellhub membership or purchase a separate session.
